It only makes me think of the FFIII character. And I suppose the color. I can't really picture it on a real person, but I suppose it wouldn't be bad. It would be kind of cool to meet a guy named Cyan!

I'm not a fan. I like some color names, but this just sounds like a mish mash of Cy and Anne when used as a name to me. And reminds me of cyanide. That said, I'd rather see this than a lot of trendy names out there.

It's one of those names that I'd never use myself, but is great for someone else's child.
I'd really like to meet one.

Alas, I studied graphic design. I can only think of it as a pigment/color. Not that color names are bad; some are nice. I just think of it as a really technical color; because you only really talk about it when you're dealing with printing processes and stuff. That aside... for a girl or a boy?

I think I like it. I thought it was masculine until I clicked on the link though.. I think I prefer it as a mn.
