Maisie
1. I would like some honest opinions on Maisie. WDYT?
I'm thinking of it more as a MN, and it holds some personal meaning for me if that makes a difference.2. Also I know most people on this board hate the name Kylan/Kylen/Kylin "Kai" for a girl, BUT opinion of that aside, is Maisie a good MN for it?

1. I love it! So cheerful, cute, and fresh. 2. Kylan Maisie. Hmm. I don't think that flows very well. What about Maisie Kai? Looks-wise it has a lot of 'ai's, but they make different sounds.

I think Maisie is a little too young sounding for a first name, but it is cute for a middle name. Especially if it has personal meaning to you. I like Kylin Maisie "Kai".

Maisie is very cute and I like it, but I don't think it goes with Kylan.

I love Maisie! Its been at the top of my list for a long time. I like it as a nickname, but I'm always torn between using it as a nickname or just the full name. Lately I've been loving it as a full name.I guess Kylan Maisie doesn't sound bad, but I really don't like the way it looks/feels style wise. So personally I would say no.

I think Maisie is a lovely name. It's sweet and feminine, but also kind of spunky. I would like it better as a fn, but it works well as a mn too.I guess Maisie could work as the mn, but Kylan/Kylen/Kylin "Kai" seems really trendy and tacky next to a lovely name like Maisie.

I prefer it as a nick name but I do like it. It's cute and fresh sounding. I think using at as a middle name is a good idea!

It could be interesting: the cheerful retro Maisie and the very trendy Kylen. Of the two, I do prefer Maisie and now that girls are being named May again I'd expect to see more of it as a nn.
