I love Violetta!

I love it! Gorgeous name.

I actually prefer it to Violet, which I don't enjoy at all: Violetta has a sultry Mediterranean glamour to it that poor Violet totally lacks. That said, I wouldn't use it myself for any purpose.

I love it. I was friends with someone named Violeta (this spelling) in high school. She is Romanian.

How do you pronounce it?

I say it the Italian way, which I think is really pretty.

There's also the Russian way which I don't find as pretty and I'm sure there are people out that that will just pronounce it as Violet-ta, which I don't like at all.
