Re: Christabel
I looooove Christabel. It was a name I considered for myself for a long time, but then I kept hearing about other people named Christabel and decided against it (how ironic). I fell for it after reading the Coleridge poem in my English class.I enjoy these:Christabel Eulalie
Christabel Horatia - love this, it's so Georgian-England.
Christabel Ivy
Christabel Nora
Christabel Vera - I love that this poetic meaning of this would be "the true Christabel"
Christabel Violet
Christabel Wanda - just because I am crying tears of joy that somebody else out there thinks Wanda is beautifulWhen I played with it, I came up with these:Sylvia Christabel
Christabel Jamesina
Christabel Colette
Christabel Clara
Pearl Christabel (this was my favourite for ages but I thought it was too good for me)
Nicola ChristabelI still kind of like the idea of using the name for a daughter as a kind of honouring-for-me-but-not-in-an-obvious-way option.
