Re: BAs from England
A lot of those girl's names are overly cutesy to be a full name, I think. I do like Eliza Jane, Kitty Lila May (despite the cutesiness), Megan Amelia, and Jemima Mae. Although Mae adds too much M too that last combo. I've really started liking Jemima recently. Too bad it's pretty unusable in the US because it's a pretty name.Is Ethan catching on over there, too? I'm not a big fan of it. I like Harry Robert, Jack Campbell, and Joshua Hugh from the boy's list. Hayden Alexander looks especially American. It surprised me a bit.

Yes, Ethan is definitely catching on here. It's at 15 (in 2008). One of my university friends named her son Ethan about six years ago when it was less common.I think a lot of American boys names are becoming quite trendy here e.g. Hayden, Jayden, Tyler, Riley, Brandon etc. I've seen a couple of Caiden / Kaydens in the news lately so I think that whole trend will take off soon as well!
