Janna

I'm more used to Jana, with that long AH sound. Not the most distinguished name I can think of, but then I dislike Jenna, Jada and their like as well.
Yes, I'm pretty confident that English speakers would go the JANna or JAYna route.

I know a girl (American) with this name who pronounces it JAY-na. Like Jane, with an added syllable. I'd think English speakers would generally pronounce it JAN-a. But I don't think it'd be really hard to get them to use the pronunciation you like, either.
I'm not a huge fan of Janna, no particular reason. I also think it'd be mistaken for Jenna often.

Hmmm, maybe they would; but I'm sure after the first time you correct them it won't be a problem. There used to be someone in my class from the Ukraine whose name was Yana(pronounced the same as youare pronouncing Janna.)
I think it's really pretty! I'm sure it would get mispronounced, but it's an easy correction and has a logical pronunciation.
I would say "yes" to the mispronounciation. Overall, somewhat boring to me. Sorry.
