I do like it, and it's my daughter's middle name.
It was my mother-in-law's name. I never knew her, she died young, when my husband was a child. and although there had been many girls born in his extended family, none used Victoria.So I thought it was time someone did.
Since it's daughter's middle name, she has no nick-name; I think I like Vicky best.
Back to my mother-in-law...her nick-name, or "familiar name" was Victorine;the family was French-speaking.
