I like Annora, and was shocked to find that it isn't in the top 1000. In fact, someone on here posted a list not long ago that indicated almost no one had been named Annora last year. I think the count was just 12 baby girls.

Nora is a personal favorite name of mine, so I'd be very inclined to go with Annora nn Nora. Then the daughter could pick the more elegant and feminine Annora or the simpler, bolder Nora.
