Meh. I think there are so many other male Iv- and Yv- names that I'd rather see one of them: Ivar, Ivan, Yves, Yvo, whatever else. But I could see it maybe growing on me. I'm lukewarm on Ivy as a name in general, which might account for my lack of enthusiasm for it in this case.
