I don't think that Billy should be used as a full name in its own right. It should be a nickname for William, and even then, I prefer Will. I actually do like Blue, only as a middle name, as in Cher's son Elijah Blue, but I do think that it should have the E at the end. However, the alliteration of Billy and Blu makes the combo sound silly.

Vixen is a horrid name. Vixen is a term for a sexually provocative, devious, selfish woman, and as such should not be used as a name. I don't care for Rae. I can well believe the mother has serious alcohol problems, giving her children names such as Vixen and Billy Blu.
