Iliana?
Lots of people said Liliana was too frilly, so what about Iliana instead?

the "Il" part always makes me think of sickness, but it could grow on a person... However, it's a step up from Liliana as I'm getting so tired and bored of Lily names.

The first two letters look a tad too similar when typed out Iliana as opposed to all caps ILIANA. I think I prefer the Ilyana spelling.

I like it, but prefer Ileana (probably because I know a few).

I like Iliana a lot! I think that it's still kind of frilly, but I don't really see anything wrong with that (either way, long and girly names often come with nicknames that are less so). I do agree that Liliana is frillier out of the two, perhaps because of the floral Lili- beginning... The only (very minor) problem I can see is that it could be confused with more popular names like Eliana and Liliana. Maybe not, though, since it's #719, which isn't so very uncommon...

I like it. I know one. It has a similar feel to Liliama without the risk of becoming overpopular. I think it's a little frilly, but less so than Liliana. I might like Liliana better because of the nickname options like Lily, Lili, Lilia, Liana, etc, whereas Iliana doesn't seem to invite nicknames.
