I love Thomasina. It's so pretty and I hardly ever see it as a first name, so it's great to see it - potentially at least - being considered for a real child. Because it's quite long it seems to me that a one-syllable name would fit nicely, so how about:Thomasina Maud

Thomasina LaureTamsin is nice, but seems to me more like a full name than a nn for Thomasina, which kind of wastes it :) I'd probably go with Tam, Tom or Mina.
