Re: Philippa
I prefer the Swedish spelling Filippa. Also, please don't call her Pippa. It's a slong for "having sex with" in Swedish, and in some other languages too. I like Philippa Rose the most.

No kidding! I had no idea about the Pippa thing. Is Pip related to that slang too? I do prefer Pip to Pippa, it seems more natural. I thought I might get some flack for using poor filler Rose, but it really is lovely, isn't it? Thanks!

No, Pip isn't related. "pip" however is a Swedish word for "beep" but I wouldn't care about that. Another nickname is Pippi. Suggestions:Philippa Rosemary
Philippa Rosalie
Philippa Hannelore
Philippa Wendy
Philippa Eliana
Philippa Mathilde
Philippa Fiona
Philippa Joy
Philipa Venus

Pippi is excellent too. I can see myself using Pippi much more easily than Pippa. I really enjoy these:Philippa Rosemary
Philippa Rosalie
Philippa Wendy - this is surprisingly great, I love the energy. Thanks again!
