My favorite with Eleanor is using eleanor as a middle name.

Eleanor Sophia and Eleanor Susanna are two of my faves as well. While I don't especially like Cecilia, the flow of Eleanor Cecilia is excellent.

well my niece is Elinor (Welsh spelling) middle name Daisy. I'm probably completely bias but I love this combo.
