Can you talk us through Meilir, Rhun, Gwion, Arian and Cynan, please? The best I can do is guess that Gwion is a boy!Luned has always interested me: good to see one in real life.

Drat, I always forget to put genders - sorry! Meilir (usually spelt Meilyr, pronounced MY-leer), Rhun (rheen), and Cynan (KI-nan) are all historical names from Welsh kings and princes. Gwion was the original name of Taliesin the poet. Arian (AR-yan) is being used on a girl here - I've not come across it as a name before, but it's the Welsh word for silver, and also for money.

Ah-ha! Knew I'd seen Gwion somewhere! Susan Cooper. Thanks! And it'll be Arian as in Arianrhod, I suppose. Still looks pretty iffy ...
