That is indeed a sickeningly sweet name. It reminds me of the slave woman from "Gone With the Wind" who told Scarlett she knew everything about birthing babies, even though it was a lie. Man, was that character a total stereotype, or what? That's the 1930's for you.
I do, however, love Priscilla. I would use Cilla as a nickname though, NOT Prissy.

I actually think April Priscilla has alot of personality. Prissy as a nickname is rather one-dimensional, and tacking "Love" on there is a little cutesy, but April Priscilla has a very pretty look to it. Why would an April go by Prissy anyways?
April Priscilla Love is fine, Prissy for sure is overboard.

Prissy is too prissy. And it makes me think of the character in "Gone With the Wind". And while I do love that novel, there's no doubt that it takes a racist, condescending attitude towards blacks, and nowhere is this more evident than in the character of Prissy. So overall the name leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
I like Priscilla, just not the nickname Prissy. I knew a Priscilla in high school who didn't have a nickname. She was always called Priscilla.

I don't find it sickeningly sweet at all. I find April kind of dated, and not sweet at all. I love Priscilla, I have a sister named Priscilla who we call Cilla and Prissy (Prissy-pants lol). I don't find Prissy sweet at all, it's more sassy in my opinion. Love is sweet, but it's a cool third name. Love is the only thing sweet in your combo, but definitely not over sweet.
I would love the combo if it was just Priscilla Love, or maybe another name besides April.

I don't know if I find it sickeningly sweet so much as incongruous. I don't think the three names go together at all, but I would not characterize any of them as sweet.
April is very trendy 80s and not my style, but not really sweet at all to me.
Priscilla is soft and feminine, but more retro than anything. I wouldn't shorten it to Prissy, obviously, but I do like Cilla as a nickname for it. I actually like it, even if I'd never use it.
Love, to me, is like Constance, Hope, Charity, Temperance, etc. Some are my style, others are not, but I think it can be a great combo. I still wouldn't characterize it as a sweet, necessarily, because it reminds me too much of the Puritans, and they were anything but frilly.
It's a jarring combo, yes, but not really sickeningly sweet - unless you take the nn Prissy into account.

I don't so much dislike Priscilla actually. It's quite nice.
