Cecilia, since it's the feminine form of Cecil.
I think the confusion comes from the similarity to Celia, which has a completely different root / origin than Cecilia. (Celia and Celeste come form the Latin for heaven, i.e., celestial. Cecilia / Cecily / Cecil, on the other hand, mean blind.)
I don't care for Cecilia particularly. But if I had to make a nn for it, then Cici / Cece ("see-see") would be it.
