Victoria: I guess I would have to go with Tori, because Vicki doesn't appeal to me at all.
Elisabeth/Elizabeth: I like Eliza the best, but I'd also use it as a stand-alone name. I also think Betty/Betsy is charmingly retro. Beth is okay, too. I find Liz/Lizzie too common and it reminds me of a lizard.
Margaret: Maggie, I suppose.
Alexandra: Probably Sasha, though I do prefer Sasha on a boy. Lexi isn't terrible, either. This is my cousin's name and she goes by Alex, which I find too common.
Katherine/Catherine: Kate/Cate is my favorite, but I'd also use it as a stand-alone. I also like Kit. I'm warming to Kat/Cat, as well.
Nathaniel: Nate is the only one I like.
Alexander: Sasha. Strangely enough, I don't find Alex too common for a boy, but I like Sasha best.
