I think I like Eve the best, but Eva is also very nice and I'm constantly going back and forth on which version I prefer. For a mn for Liliana I like Eve the best.

I love the name Elodie but I wouldn't pair it with Liliana. Noemi Liliana would be my pick ;o)

I'm not too fond of Liliana with any middle name.

I would rank them as, first, Eve, then Elodie, then Noemi and finally Eva.

If a fn ends with a vowel, I don't like the mn to start with one. So that leaves you with Liliana Noemi.

They're all pretty, but I'd probably go with Elodie. Eva is lovely, but it's getting popular here, and I'd be worried that sometimes it would be confused with Ava, which is much more popular.

Liliana Eve is a pretty combo. Even though I prefer Elodie and Eva as first names, I think that Eve sounds the best with Liliana.

Eva or Eve is my favorite of those. Eve might have a slight edge. It's hard to pick, though, beause they all have a smiliar feel and I'd rank all of them as just okay.
