My main issue with it is that my other great girls name love happens to be Ruby and I can't bring myself to put them together even in hypothetical sibsets. Some days it comes close to usurping Ruby's place but its not quite there yet. Its probably my second favourite name at the moment though.

I don't find it boring at all- its one of those names where its simplicity makes it beautiful IMO. I put it in the same category as Mae or Alice. I prefer Rose to the longer Rose- names although I do like quite a lot of them, especially Rosalie, Rosamond and Rosemary.
