Hannah

Hannah is very pretty, but also rather dull. It's been overused for a long time, it will be overused for a lot longer too. She'll be condemned to a life as "short Hannah" / "tall Hannah" / "Hannah M" / "Hannah B".
It's sad but the name "Hannah" on its own just doesn't make an impact anymore :-(

I used to not care for this name but I really like it now! It is my 12 year old cousin's name so I picture her-dark blonde, big brown eyes, pretty and already a cool kid! :)
Admittedly, I'm not a fan of the anglicised Hannah. It's a pretty name, but I'm a fan of the zestier-sounding Chana.
I picture a Hannah as being a cute, little blonde girl with pigtails whoe loves pink and wears dresses. :)

I think the name is a tad plain for me.
I picture a Hannah as a blonde-haired, brown-eyed, spunky little girl who is very intelligent and mature for her age, yet has an immature streak that peeks out every now and then.
The reason why I see someone so specific is because my cousin is a Hannah. Her mn is Alexandra, in case you want to know.

Well, I love the names Hannah! It's so pretty and feminine but it is popular right now.
I've known several different Hannahs so I really don't think of just one paticular hair color, eye color, or personality. It seems to suit almost any coloring and most personalities. I know a Hannah Marie with blound hair & brown eyes who was rather stuck-up & then I know a Hannah-Kate with light brown hair & blue eyes who is really cute, I also know a Hannah with tight brown curls and hazel eyes who is very into sports and has an easy-going personality.
So I really think that Hannah is one of those names that doesn't really have an image, at least in my mind! :)
Have yourself a buggy little Christmas!

My Hannah is almost 19, has red hair with natural waves, fair complected with freckles and is 5'11" and thin. It's a great name although I sure wish it wasn't as popular now!
Hannah sounds a bit plain to me
But a Hanna/h could look so many different ways, b/c Hanna/h is such a common name. In Sweden it is mostly spelt Hanna.
I prefer Anna to Hanna/h, but I really don't know why. Because both names are really popular where I live. Or maybe b/c the first Hanna I knew was my grandmother's sister, so it is an "old lady" name to me. But Hanna was really her nn, her real name was Johanna.
"You sought a flower and found a fruit. You sought a spring and found a sea. You sought a woman and found a soul. You are disappointed."
"It does not become me to make myself smaller than I am." (Edith Södergran 1891-1923)

Ohhh, I absolutely LOVE the name Hannah! The great thing about it is that no one image comes to mind; a Hannah could be anyone.

I picture Hannah to be red head, with curly hair.
How do I picture a Hannah? Blonde. I don't know why.
I have two pictures of Hannah. (1) A fronteer gal in the old West; and (2) a yuppy suburban shoolgirl.
That's harsh. It has a lovely, soft, nostalgic quality to it that is very appealing. [It's just the uber-popularity of it in recent years that provoked the (2) comment above. I still need more time before I love it again.]
