Tabitha is a pretty name. It's not one that I would use, but it sounds elegant.

Out of your combos, I like Tabitha Ivy the best. Ivy is lovely. Tabitha Adelle is pretty too. Tabitha Rose has a nice flow, and I do like Rose, but it's been overdone as a middle name. Tabitha is fairly uncommon, so it's more interesting than something like Emma Rose though.

Tabitha is very sweet and I like all three of your combos. Tabitha Ivy would probably be my fave, since it's a little different.

I love Tabitha. Also like your combos but I'd only use the spelling Adele. Tabitha Adele is really pretty.
