Tripp
My fiancee and I were looking at pictures taken by a photographer we're looking at hiring and she had taken pictures of an adorable little boy named Tripp. He fell in love with the name and I like it too. We're now thinking of maybe naming our first son Owen Tripp. Opinions? What do you think of Tripp? Owen? If you don't like Owen, what other names do you like with Tripp?

Tripp is not my style whatsoever, but I won't deny that Owen Tripp has a good flow.
Tripp = LSD/ acid?
I can't seem to disassociate the name Tripp from the drug scene. I don't actually know whether a trip is acid/lsd or whatever, but I do remember being at highschool and people taking 'trips'. So it makes me feel all icky and not nice. I hate drugs, and it just brings back memories of nasty parties where everyone was getting stoned (except me!!)

Tripp is traditionally a nickname for someone with a III after their name. As in they're the third or triple, hence Tripp. I don't care for it as a regular name, even if it is the middle name.

Honestly, Tripp sounds snooty and country club. Plus, there is the Palin connection, which I don't like. I'm going to have to give it a thumbs down.
I don't care for it, it suits a pet better than a person.
I don't mind it. It has a certain appeal. I don't think I'd use it myself, however. I do like it as a middle name for Owen.
I'm sorry but I find Tripp looks and sounds really terrible. I don't care much for Owen, but it's certainyl better than Tripp.
cute I like Kipp too and Kit
I like Owen but I don't like Tripp. All I can think of is the word trip as in "Don't trip over".
I don't care for it at all.
