I like it. I also think the nickname Toby is just so adorable. :)

I like Tobias, but Toby is NMS.

Tobias nn Toby is very nice. I know a couple who have a little son called Tobias. He doesn't get called Toby though I don't think.

I find the nn Toby adorable too.
Tobias is nice. It's so peaceful and reassuring, if that makes any sense. It's not too common, too, which is nice.

I like it. It's very humble and slightly hipster. I think Toby is pretty cute too.

I like it, but I wouldn't use it. I agree that Toby is cute, but i prefer Tobias. The one Tobias "Toby" I know said he feels like he has a dog name ("Hi, I'm Toby." "Oh, really? My sister's dog is named Toby" etc.)
