This was the name of my last car (cause I was so bad at parking) so I don't think I could use it, but I do like it for a boy.

I don't like it. Too surnamey for me.

Very trendy and surnamey. I don't hate it on a boy, though. (Parker on a girl = ugh.)

Well its trendy and a surname as a fn, so following my usual 'rules', I shouldn't like it. But I kind of do. Not enough to use it but enough to think it was cool on someone else's kid. I've never met a Parker IRL (I don't think its very common in Australia at all) so I think that helps.

I like it. Not my favourite, but not bad at all.
I have a character named Parker. English teenage boy.

Parker (for a boy) is my absolute favorite. It seems most here at BtN aren't partial to it, because it is very surname-y I must admit, but I'm sure even those that dislike the name respect it. I'm usually turned off by over-surname-y names but it has personal meaning for me, and has skyrocketed on the ranks to my most favorite name for boys in the last couple years, and has stayed there. It's playful yet resolute, and it seems like it would suit one of any age.

This is my little brother's name (21 yo). The name transitions really well, it fit great when he was a cute little kid and teenager, but it can be taken seriously as an adult name as well. He has always liked the name, and it seems to fit him, as a smart, handsome, popular guy. I recommend it!
