I actually know a Zabrina. Can't say I like the name though.

A friend of a friend of my dd's is named Zabrina. I love Sabrina but the z just ruins it for me.

I like it, but it seems like it would be confused with Sabrina on a frequent basis, which would probably get irritating. I've met people with unusual names (or unusual forms of names) that sound like popular names, and their names were often misheard or misremembered as more popular similar names.

I'm a big fan of Sabrina, but not this variation.

I kind of like it, because I've always like the name Sabrina, and Zabrina sounds like Sabrina but with a z sound instead of an s sound.
