I prefer Sofia due to a few personal reasons and just that it looks cuter to me. I used to work with a little girl named Paula Sofia which sort of sold me on the Sofia spelling. I also babysit a Sophia which wouldn't sell me on the Sophia spelling at all.

So if you didn't guess I think Ariella Sofia Elsa is better. It looks less frilly with Sofia instead of Sophia as well.
