I think it's lovely. I also like Feline, which is very similar. I'd like it more if on first glance it didn't remind you of a cat and cause possible confusion and mispronounciation. Perhaps an accent like what Felice has would help?

Reminds me of Felicia which is my second MN and which I hate more than anything in the world. It's better, but still too close to Felicia. I like Feline..or Felina
