LOL, I have a relative who can't pronounce his Rs and his wife insisted they name their son Roko. What's worse their last name starts with R also:-(

I'm not very up on French culture either, but I know there is a French footballer Lilian Thuram and Wikipedia has turned up a few other male Lilians, so apparently it's not that rare at all.
