Kenneth
How do you like Kenneth? Handsome? Dated? Neither? Both?
I think it's both handsome and dated.

I'd say it was handsome. I've always enjoyed James Kenneth, which is a family combo.
definately handsome and classic...
great name!!
great name!!
I like it. It is a bit dated, but I know some very cool people named Kenneth/Ken, so I like it anyway.
I don't mind Kenneth as a full name but I really really strongly dislike Ken and it kind of seems inevitable. I have a hard time separating the two in my mind. Its definitely dated but I agree with you that it is quite handsome.
I love Kenneth, but hate Kenny enough to never use it. I don't find Kenneth very dated, though it did experience an upswing in the 1930-1940's, but I still think it's fairly classic, it's always been fairly popular.
I love and prefer the similar Keith. It has all the handsomeness as Kenneth, has the one syllable sound that's so popular right now, takes out the icky Kenny, and never experienced the popularity upswing that Kenneth took...

Classics are rarely dated in my book. That's their charm. And Kenneth is definitely a classic. Very handsome, I agree.
I think it's dated and a bit ugly, but that definitely shouldn't stop you from liking it.
I have discovered the name Kenneth when I was around 6, it was a character in Ian McEwan's book "The Daydreamer" that I was reading. I immediatly adopted it as one of my favourite names. I used to pronounce it "kennett", I knew it was wrong but I just couldn't pronounce the "th" sound.
I have loved it ever since and I met my first real life Kenneth two years ago. First I had a crush on him which only made me like it more, and then it faded away. I still like it, but it's no longer one of my favourites, I don't really know what to think of it anymore.
I love how I'm telling my life story lol.
I couldn't know if it was dated because it isn't used in my country. I would say handsome.

I like Kenneth. I don't really think it's dated in that Ken and Kenny (which Kenneth is ordinarily shortened to) seem probable and young-ish.
I find Kenneth refined and classic. A very handsome name. It's on our list. It's third after Edward and Henry.
I find it rather and extremely ugly.
It was my favorite name, back in sixth grade - up until I realized it was spelled Kenneth and not Kennith! I don't think I went to school with any Kenneths, so that may have been the reason for the confusion. I was just spelling it the way I thought it sounded.
It's a nice enough name, but now it just seems dated to me - possibly because it's my boyfriend's dad's name, and he's the only one I know.
