Too nicknamey to me, I'd rather just have it as a nickname for Elizabeth or Bernadette or something although it's kind of a stretch. Buffy is a stretch too though for Elizabeth so not that big of a deal. It's cute but definitely not my style, kind of like Ginny. I feel like it's a name that could grow tired very easily for me but maybe not if there was a good enough association.
