I love Bonnie. I like it's throwback simplicity, and the cheerfulness I hear in it. I don't have any specific combos, I like a lot of the ones Alcyone posted. I think it's better to embrace the sweetness of the name with a short cheery middle name rather than trying to ground it with something lengthy or very sophisticated.
