I've got nothing for Rachel or Hannah that hasn't already been mentioned, but I've come across Chattie and Chartie for Charlotte, and Decca for Jessica (as in Jessica Mitford).

I am really just making these up as I go along. Just take random sounds from the name and distort them see if any appeal to you. At least, that's what I did.

Charlotte = Lottie or Lotta... I don't know how unusual that is, though!
