I like it in theory, but it might be too much for a person. I pronounce it el-oo-THEER-e-us. Nicknames could be Luther, Eli, Therius, Lou.Jacob Eleutherius

I think it's neat. I'd pronounce it el-yoo-theer-ee-us. Eleu (el-yoo) could work as a nickname, but I think it's probably better suited as a middle name. I'd pair it with a short first name (no more than 2 syllables).James Eleutherius
