Really! Is it a double-L (which is what it looks like, and made lower-case to match the Welsh ff-), or a dyslexic version of ... of what? A truncated kind of Eileen, or a mispronounced Isla? No. Surely not. I refuse to believe that the human race has sunk so low.

What's so bad about (a) keeping the Ll for names (like Lloyd) that actually need it or (b) spelling the name Leigh and avoiding a lifetime of fun and llaughter for everyone but its owner? Leigh Olive would be perfectly OK. An opportunity missed.
