1.) Which name do you prefer and why?

I don't mind either of them, but if this was something I would choose for my own use, I might go with Lucy. It's more down to earth

2.) What sort of person do you think of when you hear the name Lucy?

A nice person - I am totally unable to imagine a mean Lucy. Also perhaps a slightly naive, optimisitc, Pollyanna type of person. Also a very fair person comes to mind - if not fair in hair then very dark hair with pale, creamy skin, and large doe-like eyes.

3.) What sort of person do you think of when you hear the name Lux?

Either someone very creative, artistic and edgy with a sarcastic sense of humour, or a plain, frumpy, unsuccessful type of person. Very unusual names often give me this dual image - the idea of a total nobody loser with a strange name seems so realistic to me.

4.) Do you think the names are too similar to be used in the same story?

---

I don't think so, but they do definitely seem connected in some way -like two halves or sides of something. I would perhaps use it to show a contrasting or juxtaposition in characters rather than treating them as totally unrelated.
