Utterly gorgeous. Ambrose is one of those "too good to be used, but I dearly hope someone uses it" names.
I was in teh grocery store the other day. Over the speaker system, a voice called for Maristella to please answer on line ____. Maristella! Suddenly, it was a "useable" name for me. :-)
It only takes one brave set of parents out there to use Ambrose. I live in hope. :-D

I've always had a particular draw to it. It's very intelligent sounding.
Personally, I prefer Ambrosio, but a nice, uncommon name in either case.
