I can't bring myself to embrace either Pearl or Lucille! They really should be right up my naming alley but I find them so... false-teethy and long-nailsy? I love "old lady" names but not Pearl and Lucille. I love Perla, Lucy and Lucinda, though. And Pearl and Lucille go great together as sisters. It's not like they're Lucille and Nevaeh or Pearl and Walburga.
