It's an okay name, but I prefer Natalia and Natalya. I've encountered enough Natalies that it doesn't seem very interesting to me. Off of the top of my head, I can think of 3 I've actually met. I've heard the name brought up by people quite a bit though (ex. someone mentioning someone's daughter, wife, etc.) I've encountered it less than, say, Anna though. I guess my point is that it's a common name, but there are more overused names out there.
