Curtis on a girl???
At school we read an essay written by Curtis Sittenfeild. Sorry for being so naive, but I was surprised to learn that she was a woman. Then that got me wondering, do you think that Curtis sounds even remotely feminine to you? To me it is all masculine.

Dislike it on a boy, hate it on a girl. All masculine.

I don't even like Curtis on a boy. :/ Yes, it's all masculine to me.

hmmWell, the "tis" part does have a stereotypical female ring to it, but the "Cur" is very rugged and boyish. It's also all boy to me, I wouldn't use it. Her first name is actually Elizabeth - I wonder why she chose to use Curtis? Seems like such an odd thing to do these days.

It doesn't sound remotely feminine to me either, but then neither do Sloane, Mackenzie and Blair.

It's a male name to me too. Without doubt.

Help, no!
Maybe it was just a pen-name??
