I like Jillian and Gillian. I like it spelled better with a G because it looks more sophisticated, but when spelled with a J it looks fresh and upbeat, which I also like.
I don't dislike Julie and Julia (ha... that's a good movie), but they don't really do much for me either.
Juliet is gorgeous. It's so musical. I used to prefer Juliette because I liked pronouncing it with the emphasis on the last syllable better, but now I think I've switched to liking the emphasis on the first syllable better, so I'd spell that Juliet. But really, either will do.
