I kind of like it. It is a little hard to picture on an adult man but I think it sounds cool for a young boy/teenager. I have never known a boy Casey personally but I knew a girl when I was young. The name seems too tomboyish for a girl to me but strangely, when the spelling is changed to Kaci or Kacey or Kacie I think it is perfectly sweet. :)
