I love it; it's a favorite of mine!

I think it's a lovely name, but can't use it as DH has an aunt with this name.

I like the name Layla - but I prefer the spellings Leila, Laila, and Leyla. Layla comes in fourth. But I still like it.

Its 1 of my absolute favorites!

I like it spelled Leila. I've always loved this name because it reminds me of the song. Very sexy.

I don't like the "lay" sound. The name seems somewhat silly to me.

I like it. I do prefer the spelling Laila or even Leila though. It is very feminine. I think Laila Jo would be cute. :)

I like it, but I prefer Leila. Here in Germany we usually pronounce Leila as LY-la and Layla as LAY-la. I prefer Leila as it looks cleaner and prettier to me. Layla is nice, though. I hate how common it seems to be getting.

I like the French version, Laila. The y ties it too much to the song.

It makes me think of a girl with blond hair that plays the guitar.

I don't mind it, but I infinitely prefer Leila. Its pronounced exactly the same and I just think this spelling is so much prettier.
