Eva and Gemma
Okay, we all know how overplayed Ava and Emma are. Do you find Eva and Gemma to be distinctive or do you think they'll always be associated with Ava and Emma? Would you consider Eva or Gemma?I especially like Gemma but it rhymes with Emma. It may as well be of the same origin.

I love Ava, Emma, Eva and Gemma! All are nice names and Eva and Gemma would be nice alternatives to Ava and Emma.

I like all these names, except Emma. Never cared for that.I think Eva and Gemma can stand on their own. If I heard them on a person, I would just think, "Oh, Eva and Gemma-that's nice." I wouldn't think, "That sounds like Ava and Emma."

Eva and Gemma are much more refreshing to me. I would use Eva, but I would never use Ava. I love Gemma, but not enough to use. Still, I much prefer it to Emma.

They're distinctive. I don't like Eva as much as Ava, actually; I'd consider Eve though. And Gemma's on my favorites, although not too near the top.I don't think Gemma and Emma have similar origin at all.

They're great names and I don't really associate them with Ava and Emma, they give fairly different vibes. Gemma in particular is a lovely, somewhat underrated name.

I love Eva (it's my favourite girls name) and I don't associate it with Ava.Gemma is really dated to the 1980s where I'm from. It does rhyme with Emma but I consider to be completely distinctive, although I dislike both names.
