I don't think I've ever met a Claudia, but my first exposure to it was Claudia Kishi of The Baby-Sitters Club. I know it's silly, but Claudia was just a fun character.
I just went onto Facebook and did a search of the name Claudia. I feel like that can humanize a name, especially when you see people with whom you share a mutual friend (and for me, there are a lot of Claudias who know people I know!).
