Jesse doesn't sound Southern to me much

Maybe Western, but only because of Jesse James if anything. I knew a Jesse growing up (he's probably 16/17 now) with a sister Hannah. It's one of those names I see being brought back because of the Protestant Reformation that would otherwise be used almost strictly by Jewish families. The Jesse I grew up with was Jewish, though not strict. I had a yellow lab (had him from ages 3-17)named Jesse; he actually only died two months ago from tomorrow so the name sort of hits a tender spot right now. It's a good name though.
I love the name Iris, though I tend to stick it in the middle name spot just because I don't think it'll break my top three (So I've had Mary Iris and Serafina Iris). Iris Virginia is very pretty.

It does give me an early American feel, but not any particular region specifically
