I think it's unusable because of its strong negative connotation from The Bible. "Jezebel" is a term used to denote an evil, conniving woman.

It's not just a well-known figure or a popular connotation--it's entered mainstream vocabulary as a derogatory term. I think it's beyond reclaiming.
It's kind of unfortunate. I don't personally care for it but I could see it as being something parents would consider, all things aside. It's beginning, the Jez- is reminiscent to me of the popular Jessica, and -bel endings are certainly having their day.
