-Not at all.
2. Do you pronounce it as ree-gan or ray-gan?
-Ree-gan.
3. Boy or girl
-If I saw it written down I would honestly have absolutely no idea.
I'd prefer it on a boy.
4. Do you know/have you known anyone with this name?
-Yes, a girl, she's 21 now. Her mom got the idea from Linda Blair's character in The Exorcist, who was also Regan.
5. If yes, how many people? (different spellings are fine).
-Just the one.
