I never quite understood the appeal of day of the week names as given names, especially when they are combined with another word name.
That's just not my cup of tea.
But I think they are miles "better" than creations like Brecklynn.
And isn't there a country where people get the name of the weekday they were born on as a second middle name? (I forgot which country that was...)
I just think I'd find it strange to be named Wednesday when I actually was born on a Saturday or something like that.

Ghana maybe?
I have a friend from Ghana and one of her names means "born on Sunday". Not sure if that's all all-Ghana thing though, or just her! I'll have to ask.
Yes, I would definitely name a Wednesday on a Wednesday too I think. Unless you used it for its "cultural" ties only (the Addams Family *snap snap*).
