I think Kaja would be just fine. Even if people get it wrong at first, they will soon get used to it.
Go with the spelling you love best. People can mess up the most straight forward names, so you might as well use your favourite seeing as no mater how you spell it someone some where will get it wrong at some point. I grew up with noone ever spelling or saying my name right. Its not the end of the world :)
I like Kaia the best, but Kaja is nice too. Kaya is ok, but it just looks alot more trendy to me than the other two.
